Aviso de Ingreso al Espacio

v1.2 Vigente desde: 2026-04-15 ID de registro: pol_disc_12

Snapshot (the one-line summary shown on the join screen)

alias, arrival/departure, view-vs-attend (space events only)

This exact string is what the control plane stores in ConsentRecord.disclosureSnapshot when you join (recordMemberJoin), as timestamped proof of what you were told. The full disclosure below is the canonical text for version 1.2.

What you're joining

You are joining {Organization}'s private space. Private Spaces are invite-only and relayed by a Geo-managed super-peer. You join by claiming a one-time enrollment invite, which issues your device a membership certificate (your "badge") bound to your key.

What the organization can see about you, in this space

  • Your alias and your role (member / moderator).
  • Your optional verified email, only if you choose to verify one.
  • Your arrival and departure at this space's geofenced events.
  • View-vs-attend for this space's events — i.e. whether you viewed an event versus were physically present — for space events only.

Organizers and moderators of this space may see the above at the identity level (it is needed to run the space and moderate it). Other members see only aggregates (counts), never who.

What stays private — the hard wall

  • Your raw location never leaves your device. Only signed presence proofs propagate, and only within this space.
  • Nothing from this space is merged into the public Geo app — your public alias, presence, reputation, and co-attendance graph are kept entirely separate. Joining a space does not de-anonymize you in public, and your public activity is not visible to the org.
  • This disclosure covers this space only. Each space you join discloses its own scope.

Your control

  • Leaving / revocation. You can leave the space; the organization can revoke your certificate (e.g. when you leave the org). Revocation stops future access immediately.
  • Your data rights. You can request export or erasure of personal data held about you (see the Privacy Notice §8). For data the organization controls inside its space, contact the organization first.
  • Retention. In-space operational data is kept for the space's configured retention window; compliance records are retained as required by law.

Moderation

Content relayed through this space's super-peer is subject to moderation, and illegal content is escalated and reported (see the Terms §7 and Privacy Notice §9).

Changes

This disclosure is versioned (see README.md). A material change is published as a new version and re-disclosed on your next join/launch.
